This is a map-game based on a World War III scenario. Please follow the rules carefully and enjoy!

- Created by SwordOfLands (United States of America)

Rules[]

  1. There will be no set schedule for turns. I am generally a pretty active person. I will not wait and waste everyone's time to release turns.
  2. Please research any lore that your nation or faction might contain (leadership, type of government, ideologies, military, etc) and have it actually pertain to your country or faction.
  3. Please be serious about this. No joke/implausible responses please.
  4. Please check back regularly for new responses/turns, recommended every one to two days.
  5. If you are not active for one week, you will be eliminated from the game. However, if you have a legit reason for leaving, I or another moderator will accept that.
  6. You may join if you have no prior experience in a map game. However, you must be willing to learn how it works.
  7. Please no godmodding, meaning taking control of another player's nation, faction, or corporation and doing things against their wishes. You must get permission first from the other person before doing it.
  8. Once I approve your claim, you can write your turn in the space provided! You have to let some things slide. You are not all-powerful. Your nation, faction, or corporation might take some hits. You may lose some battles. You have to own up to it.
  9. Mature themes such as excessive gore and profanity are allowed. Make sure it is reasonable though and within good taste.
  10. Please be kind to each other in the comments.
  11. Have fun!

2022[]

Things are heating up on the world stage, more so than they ever have before. Europe and Asia are becoming a tinder box of tensions, where old grievances are being exploited by demagogues and fascists. Russia is at the throat of Ukraine with constant threats of war, while China is flexing its military might and economic muscle on the international scene. Meanwhile in the United States, the infamous legacy of Donald Trump still lingers. His successor, Joseph R. Biden, is determined to put the United States of America back on track, but with the country divided and the president embroiled in trouble, the future is uncertain.

However, with the end of the dreaded coronavirus in sight as well as moves in pop-culture that'll have a lasting impact, the world's in for a fascinating shift in the coming months. But what that shift actually entails is far beyond anything we could ever imagine.

While the rest of the nation struggles with infrastructure issues, the Department of Energy (DOE) is spending a record $7.5 billion to build a crude oil pipeline between Texas and Louisiana, and new federal data show that the nation's electric grid is struggling to handle increased demand and supply. And on March 3, DOE announced that new federal spending on energy-efficiency projects, including electric vehicles and wind energy, will help drive $2.3 trillion in new investments over the next six years.
