The Third World War, also known as World War III / World War 3 (WWIII / WW3), "The Last World War", or the Second Fed-American War, was a World-Wide Military Conflict fought between the Allied Powers (members from the Allegiance Coalition Treaty, along with the nations of Switzerland, Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, and Greece) and the Opmar Powers (which included the nations of the Federation of the Americas, Union of Islamic Nations, People's Republic of China, and various Non-Member Allies). The War was also primarily fought between the United States of America and the Federation of the Americas and started on September 11, 2075, when the Federation invaded the United States of America, causing a ripple effect that resulted in the Union of Islamic Nations and the People's Republic of China to invade their neighbors. The War ended on July 15, 2082, when Federation City, the Capital of the Federation of the Americas, was captured by the United States of America and some of their Allies. World War III would be infamously renowned as the deadliest conflict (130 Million Deaths; both Civilian and Military) in both U.S. and World history, and the most expensive war (14.3 Trillion Dollars in reparations) as well.
World War III almost ended in nuclear war due to the Union of Islamic Nations use of Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBMs), but thanks to the Kinetic Rods fired from Satellite: THOR, Nuclear War was averted; However, The Federation of the Americas did reverse engineered from Satellite: THOR and brand it as their own called, "Satellite: LOKI". Satellite: LOKI was originally going to be used to destroy key targets, in which all of them were Cities with the Largest Population in Each U.S. State. Eventually, the U.S. 11th Orbital Rangers took over Satellite: LOKI and used it against the Federation to destroy various Military Sites in the Federation of the Americas (Most of them were in the Andes Mountains).
The Allied Powers suffered a total of 68 Million Deaths while the Opmar Powers along with it's non-member allies suffered a total of 96 Million Deaths, making the total of 130,000,000 Deaths.
Background[]
World War III was originally hypothetical. The term has been in use since at least as early as 1941. Some apply it loosely to limited or more minor conflicts such as the Cold War or the War on Terror. In contrast, others assume that such a conflict would surpass prior world wars in both scope and destructive impact.
Due to the development and use of nuclear weapons near the end of World War II and their subsequent acquisition and deployment by many countries, the potential risk of a nuclear apocalypse causing widespread destruction of Earth's civilization and life is a common theme in speculations about a Third World War. Another primary concern was that biological warfare could cause many casualties. It could happen intentionally or inadvertently, by an accidental release of a biological agent, the unexpected mutation of an agent, or its adaptation to other species after use. Large-scale apocalyptic events like these, caused by advanced technology used for destruction, could render Earth's surface uninhabitable.
Before the beginning of World War II (i.e., in 1939), World War I (1914–1918) was believed to have been "the war to end [all] wars." It was popularly believed that never again could there possibly be a global conflict of such magnitude. During the interwar period, World War I was typically referred to simply as "The Great War"; However, the outbreak of World War II in 1939 disproved the hope that humanity might have already "outgrown" the need for such widespread global wars.
With the advent of the Cold War in 1945 and with the spread of nuclear weapons technology to the Soviet Union, the possibility of a third global conflict became more plausible. During the Cold War years, the possibility of a Third World War was anticipated and planned for by military and civil authorities in many countries. Scenarios ranged from conventional warfare to limited or total nuclear warfare. At the height of the Cold War, the doctrine of "Mutually Assured Destruction" ("MAD"), which determined an all-out nuclear confrontation would destroy all of the states involved in the conflict, had been developed. The absolute potential destruction of the human race may have contributed to the ability of both American and Soviet leaders to avoid such a scenario.
Various Close Calls included the Korean War, Cuban Missile Crisis, Berlin Crisis, Vietnam War, Sino-Soviet Border Conflicts, Yom Kippur War, 9/11 Terror Attacks, War on Terror, Russian Invasion of Ukraine, Second Korean War, Second Russian Civil War, Third Gulf War, Second Pacific War, and First Fed-American War.
The Conflict[]
Revenge of General Rivera (July 4 - September 10, 2075)[]
On July 4, 2075, The Circle of Blood stages and orchestrates the Rivera International Airport Massacre and frames the United States Government for it. After having showed the Central Intelligence Agency had proven their nation's innocence, Federation President, Carlos Rodriguez had no choice but to put more investigations on the Circle of Blood and the U.S. Government. The Case was closed and neither the U.S. nor the Circle of Blood was found guilty. This infuriated General. Joaquin Rivera and gave the orders of an invasion on August 28th, but had realized that he needs to assassinate his commander in chief (Federation President) in order to maintain support from his people. Carlos Rodriguez was killed by General Rivera, via poison in Drink on September 1st. Rodriguez' body was found a day later, and reports say that he had died from unknown causes... General Rivera was sworn into office on September 3rd. Preparations for undeclared war were done and NORAD was jammed on September 9th, whilst Cargo Ships set sailed on September 10th.
Operation: Homefront Begins (September 11, 2075)[]
At 12:00 Noon, unknown airborne soldiers started air dropping from the sky and on Killeen, Texas. Many Residents in Killeen think that this is some sort of drill, until gunshots and screams were heard. An Unknown Airborne Soldier was about to land right next to a man, but had accidentally caught himself on some electrical wires and was electrocuted to death. U.S. National Guards arrived in Killeen and started shooting at the invaders. The National Guard tried contacting the CIA, but what they didn't know was that NORAD was jammed. 2,000 of the 5,000 residents of Killeen, Texas were successfully evacuated. During the Battle, National Guards started to noticed an emblems of the unknown foreign invaders... They were Soldiers from the Federation of the Americas.
The Attack Started at 3:52 PM when, Federation Soldiers disguised as American Civilians blew up the U.S. Capitol Building. According to D.C. Residents 3 miles away from the scene, they heard explosions from a few miles away. Federation Soldiers impersonating as U.S. security guards fired at American Civilians with MXX Garand Rifles and M50 Carbines. Real Security Guards were shot at by the Security impersonators. Federation Tanks started pouring out from one of the many Cargo Ships, while Federation Helicopters arrived at the warzone. President Gold and Vice President Stross were quickly taken back to the White House. Federation Fighter Jets were successfully shot down by the White House Defensive Turrets, but were later destroyed by the enemies' counter-defense weapons (CDWs). At 4:00 PM, U.S. National Guard arrived but were quickly thwarted out by Federation Tanks in the process and U.S. President Gold, and Vice President Stross and his family, and SoH, Harry Higgins, were originally going to be evacuated by the Nation Guard at 4:00 PM, but was changed to 7:00 PM due to the National Guard's delay... The National Guard arrived in helicopters, due to the strong ground force of the enemy.
As the Federation military started invading D.C. and New Jersey, other Federation Groups started invading Delaware, North and South Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland. Harrison, Maryland and Langley, Virginia were stormed at 4:00 PM, while Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, was invaded at 4:15 PM. Wilmington and Kitty Hawk, North Carolina was under siege at 4:30 PM, and all of Delaware was occupied at 5:00 PM.
At 5:30 PM, New York City was invaded by Federation Ground Troops from one of the various cargo ships. U.S. National Guards tried defending Long Island, but were completely overwhelmed. Due to massive gun control laws in New York City, Civilians are severely at risk of being killed by the invading force. New York City fell to the Federation at 8:00 PM. While Buildings such as the repaired Times Square Tower and Empire State Building were destroyed, The Two New WTC Towers were still intact, hence the strong complexity of the two towers.
The Siege of Washington D.C. has lasted for an exact 3 hours, and U.S. National Guard had just arrived, unfortunately Federation Forces started pouring into the White House. Vice President Michael Stross along with his daughter, and Speaker of the House, Harry Higgins were evacuated by Helicopter, while President Harry Gold decided to stay behind and take on the UIN Soldiers himself, giving the rest of the U.S. Office some time to flee. President Gold shot at the Federation Soldiers, killing one and injuring three. He sacrificed his life for others as he was shot and killed by a Federation General. White House Security were captured and killed in front of the White House. Remaining Security Staff were mainly killed inside as a result. After the Evacuation of the Vice President, Second Daughter, and Speaker of the House, the U.S. National Guard retreated. The Invading Forces started cheering in victory, as they destroyed, defaced, and vandalize the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall, The WWII Memorial, the Korean War Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, WWI Memorial (also known as Pershing Park), and the Washington Monument. Federation Groups started destroying relics from the past, for example; various paintings of the past U.S. Presidents, but were unable to find the Articles of Confederation, the U.S. Constitution Document, and the Declaration of Independence as they were evacuated and are out of harms way. UIN Soldiers started flying their flag on top of the White House, thus proving Olympus had Fallen.

Opportunity against the Western World[]
After hearing about the Federation Invasion of the United States, UIN Supreme Leader, Abdel Fattah and Chinese Paramount Leader, Shou Xaolin are given the opportunity of destroying the west and both would initiate their invasions of their First World neighbors; Israel, Taiwan, Korea, Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, and United Arab Emirates on the same day.
World War III begins[]
Invasion against U.S. Allies[]
In the wake of the Invasion of the United States of America and it's Allies, every other member of the Allegiance Coalition Treaty declare war on The Federation of the Americas, Union of Islamic Nations, and the People's Republic of China, thus World War III Begins.
After Fattah's initiation of the invasion of Israel, September 11th, Israeli Defense Force and the United States Overseas Corp responded quickly and had set up defenses throughout the UIN-Israel Border... The Arabian Republic sets up their defenses at the Arabian-UIN Border and in Kuwait with the help of American and British Forces... The Arabian Republic was able to hold a stiff resistance against the Union of Islamic Nations and Al-Qasim, but were unable to save Kuwait from the grasp of the UIN... Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates had fallen into UIN hands in just one hour
The Battle of Taiwan began on September 12, 2076, when the Chinese Naval Ships started firing upon the island, sparking the Asian-Oceania Theatre. Taiwanese Soldiers quickly responded and fired their artillery back at the Chinese Navy, sinking 2 destroyers and damaging 1 Battleship. September 14, 2075 (during the Invasion of Taiwan) Chinese PLA Units start attacking the Sino-Korean DMZ, alerting American, Korean, and Japanese Joint Guards in the process, China then started invading on the Eastern Parts of Korea without them noticing.
The Union of Islamic Nations had started attacking the Northern Parts of Israel, while Al-Qasim attacked from the South, then the Union of Islamic Nations from the East. Al-Qasim had led several attacks at Israel since September 12th, until the UIN broke through Israeli Defenses on September 16th... Israel was now vulnerable.
September 17th, The United Korean Republic started to realize that they are being invaded from the east, and began putting up their defenses in Moon City, New Seoul City, Busan, Incheon, Daejeon, and Mokpo... Evacuations started from September 18-20th, when PLA secured the Cities of Changyong, Gunsan, Yonan, and Incheon.
The PLA started their invasion against Taiwan on September 19th, right after they sank 2 Taiwanese destroyers. Taiwanese Civilians began taking arms and defended their island as hard as they could. The First Wave as easily defeated by Taiwanese Forces... then the Second Wave started. On September 20th, the PLA broke through Taiwanese Defenses and went around the island securing it. The Taiwanese Defense Force tried contacting the Allegiance Coalition Treaty, but it was too late, the PLA disabled all communications to the western world, all except for Japan. This went unnoticed by the Allegiance Coalition Treaty until September 21st, Japan told it's allies when the China successfully invaded and annexed all of Taiwan.
On September 23rd, the Israeli Defense Force started evacuating its Civilians, (Christian, Jewish, and Islam Reformists) from Jerusalem (The Capital), Tel-Aviv, Haifa, Nazareth, Be'er Sheva, and Netanya. West Bank Region fell to the UIN on September 25th.
The Sino-Korean DMZ fell on September 30th, the same day that the City of Incheon fell.
October 1th, Jerusalem was put under siege from UIN Forces. The Israeli Defense Force clutched a stiff resistance against the UIN whilst evacuating the remaining population of the City. The Battle lasted for Eight Days, before the Capital of Israel fell to the Union of Islamic Nations on October 8th... Abdel Fattah did not declare this as a victory, until every last remaining territory of Israel and every Jewish "Terrorists" were murdered.
Korea's Second Capital and Second Most Important Defense, Moon City fell to the People's Republic of China on October 2nd.
October 11th, Israel's 3/4 of it's population had successfully evacuated. While this was the most successful expulsion in World War III, only One Million of it's people were unintentionally left behind. On October 12, 2075, Government of Israel was put into exile. This was the day that Israel had finally fallen into it's enemy's clutches. Various Palestinians suffered the same fate as the Israelites did... and the same fate was Imprisonment or Death.
Since Israel's Defeat in the Middle East, The Arabian Republic started struggling in their defenses and was on their own. They were too busy at the northern and north-eastern border, The UIN at the South Border had successfully broken through without the Arabian Army noticing until October 16th, 2075. The Arabian Army was yet again able to hold a stiff resistance against the Army of the Islamic Union (IUA), until October 18, 2075. The Arabian Government had evacuated and went into exile. The Capital of the Arabian Republic, Riyadh had fallen to UIN Forces on October 20th.
After the Fall of Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, U.A.E., Bahrain, and the Arabian Republic, All of The Union of Islamic Nations projected this as a Victory, but Fattah still refused to call this a victory, as Over 7 Million Israelis escaped from his country's grasp, despite successfully apprehending 1 Million Israelis. The Union of Islamic Nations has total control in both the Middle-East and Northern Africa, but still have problems with the United States of America, the Allegiance Coalition Treaty, Russian Confederation, and India.
New Seoul held a strong resistance against the PLA for a month, until the Korean Military in New Seoul were defeated... New Seoul City had fallen, crippling the Korean Military down to 300,000 Soldiers. As other Major and Minor Cities Fell to the PLA, Ulsan, Pohang, Masan, and Busan were the only remaining cities that weren't captured by the Chinese. Masan and Pohang surrendered after a scarcity of supplies, while Uslan was captured on November 4 due to deadly mortar bombings from the Chinese Army. The Korean Military was down to 100,000 Personal. As 478,576 Civilians, half of the Korean Military, and the Korean Government fled from their home nation and into Japan, the 50,000 Soldiers decided to stay behind and fight the PLA. Nearly 500 Korean Soldiers were killed in the Battle of Busan, while 1,000 were Injured. The Korean Government was place into exile, while the remaining Government Officials in Korea surrendered on November 17, 2075.
The South-East Campaign began on December 1, 2076, when China invaded the Republic of Indochina. Indochinese Forces held a strong military morale for 3 weeks, until their supplies were sabotaged by various spies working for the People's Republic of China. Saigon fell to the PLA on December 22nd, causing the Indochinese Military Forces to evacuate 20,000 Civilians and its Government from their home Nation... Indochina was occupied and annexed as a result, allowing the Chinese to move into India.
America Fights Back[]
From January 10 - April 15, 2076, American Insurgence Groups in the East/West Coast, Fed-American Border, and Deep South were led by the "Third Patriot" (Grandson of the "First Patriot") and have taken back Fresno, Austin, Houston, Spokane, Puckett, Langley, New Orleans, Raleigh, All of New Jersey, Delaware, Florida, and California (Excluding San Francisco), Operation: Freedom was a go.
Europe struck by Terrorism[]
Following the unsuccessful CO-OPs operation in Sofia, On May 1, 2076, KindWorld trucks all across Europe, driven by Circle of Blood operatives, exploded, releasing large amounts of Chemical H across major European cities, near or at the location of each nations' main intelligence agency in order to make them go offline, thus not being able to call for help. The Attacks were successfully prevented in Riga, London, and Copenhagen.
The U.S. Kicks Out the Federation[]
One Month after the Operation: Liberty's was finished, Operation: Freedom had started. San Francisco was liberated on May 18th, New York on June 6th, and Washington D.C. on July 4th, thus ending the Federation's Grasp against the United States of America.
