The United States Invasion of Iran was the name of a military operation that resulted in the brief fall of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Iranian Civil War
Invasion[]
Western Landing[]
Israeli and American forces landed on the shores of Western Iran early on March 3rd. Storming the country, the allied forces quickly made work in capturing several cities.
Iranian forces and civilians both attempted to resist the invasion, but the sheer size of the force was too much for the Iranian Population.
March To Tehran[]
By March 12th, Forces from both armies reached Tehran. The Iranian Government was quietly evacuated with the help of Russian and Chinese forces.
The Allies captured Tehran after 5 days of intense fighting and proclaimed the Installation of the Iranian Occupational Authority
Civil War[]
The IOA eventually became the State of Iran, which took control of the country in May of 2023. Knowing the population would rebel against American military presence, the U.S. Military began a withdrawal, leading to the formation of the United Forces of the State of Iran, which fought against a resurgent the Islamic Republic of Iran, which took control over the country in 2025.
