Thomas Patton served as the 65th President of the United States from July 4, 2065 to January 20, 2067 and was the only non-human in American history to serve as President. Thomas Patton became President after the resignation of President Supreme. Just days after taking office congress introduced articles of against President Patton on the basis of his inability to Properly discharge his duties as President because of the fact he is a canine and is incapable of understanding and acting as President.

Animals were growing very intelligent due to CRISPR technology and Artificial selection. Many Animals could now interact and coexist with Humans.
