And besides, why would bangladesh, a country much poorer than both India and Pakistan even involve itself in such a war when public opinion of India is negative there?
Central asia participating? Not a chance! Where are middle eastern countries in this? It's likely they would be financially backing Pakistan.
Atleast the "western alliance" is a bit realistic (aside from CHINA!!). Who wrote this?

So it's unrealistic... honestly, I haven't found very realistic scenarios anywhere. Hey, how about include the Danes somewhere, where they conquer the world or something...
Riiiiight, I emphasize , this isn't that unrealistic, and also think about it, most of the things that people post aren't very realistic, just certain hypothetical scenarios that have a small chance of taking place.

Yeah uh... Not likely. India-Pakistan war, sure, sounds reasonable. Pakistani allies in the former Soviet republics, can't comment on that, don't know that situation. India and China allied? What? No, just no. India would sooner call on Pakistan to help them against Pakistan than they'd call China. And China would sooner nuke themselves than help India if they did call. Also, EarthShield thing is... vaguely plausible. I mean, with the laser technology in development it could be done, but I think someone would have noticed by now if the US was putting armed satellites into orbit. Also, how exactly did the Chinese "strike" the satellites? If with missiles, why couldn't they have knocked out the missiles? Or perhaps a better description of what exactly a "mobile fighting platform" is in order, because I haven't a clue what it is. Also, when and why did China go to war with Russia? Sure, they're not exactly buddy-buddy, but I didn't see any mention of motive or anything like that. Also, "SuperTank" units? Lol? EMP rail guns? Lol? Anyway not a very good story. A few things (not in any paticular order):
- an EMP and a railgun are two different things. An EMP would cause a railgun round to fall to the ground (as it needs to be superconductive). Maybe I'm thinking of the Lenz Effect, but an EMP railgun seems a tad contradictory to me.
- SuperTank? Really?
- The whole space war. I doubt that:
A: The US is going to develop "Earthshield" in <14 years, especially with the way the US is going.
B: That the Chinese are going to be able to make a "mobile fighting platform" in <14 years. China's space progran is pretty small at this point in time. I can't say definatively that they won't have it, but I doubt it. >80 percent of their population still lives in abject poverty as of today.
C: Russia intervening: I'm doubting that there will even be a Russia in 14 years.

I have renamed the two primary camps involved in the war to increase their relevancy and probability if this were to occur, and I have also condensed some of the camp's members into more broad/general categories. The USA will never be able to develop the orbital defense network, especially not now that NASA's been cut.
If anything, it would be the EU that developed the program. This is blatantly obvious. Their space program is the most advanced out of all countries.
If anything, they would use this to stop the nuclear attacks because it would effect them a LOT more than the USA, considering the EU is right next to Asia. This would then create a reason for the "eastern" countries to attack Europe to take out the facilities, and engage the EU in a war.
