speedboat drone which carries ROV torpedoes[]
Please do that: Build black drone speedboats like the ones Ukraine has. They must carry a ROV torpedoes. In order the torpedo has GPS and internet signal it must have a cable and an internet receiver buoy. The enemy might aim the buoy but the ROV torpedo isn't exactly below it. The cable sometimes sticks to the drone speedboat, thus the ROV torpedo should release it AFTER it leaves the drone speedboat.
