Sol System[]

The Sol system is Humanity's main range, with the majority of humans living here

The Sun[]

Sol's Dyson Swarm

Sol's Dyson Swarm

In The year 2340, The Leading Artificial Superintelligence, Juno orders the mining of Mercury to start work on a Dyson swarm. It was finished in 2850,providing nearly limitless power to the people of Sol. It is owned by the Terran Confederation.

As of 3000, There are 215 O'Neill cylinders orbiting in the Dyson Swarm as well as the Solar cells, with a combined population of 3.5 million Humans, and 8 million Robots

Mercury[]

Mercury Mining HQ

Mercury Mining HQ

Mercury had its first base in 2310. It is a mining base, because the only thing of worth on Mercury is Metal. Its crust was used to build the Dyson Swarm around Sol. No one actually lives on Mercury, but there is a space station inhabited by 1.4 million people.

It has a Space Elevator at its equator, so that Mercurian metal can be used for other things

Venus[]

Venus's largest city as of 2550

Elysium Oasis

Elysium Oasis

In the year 3000, Venus is a terraformed Garden Planet. In 2205 Venus had its first Balloon base in its upper atmosphere. 75 more balloon colonies were sent to Venus before Project Aphrodite commenced in 2370, where the Venusians built a giant mirror and launched it into space, reflecting Venus's Sunlight, and making it colder. By 2600, Venus was a tropical planet, just hotter than earth. Now, Venus is a popular tourist destination, with sandy beaches, and crystal clear water. In 3000, most people on Venus live in Domes and Arcologies. Venus's largest hotel is Elysium Oasis by Jones Resorts. It has 5 space Elevators on its Equator, One of its main Exports Is diamonds, As it has a lot of Carbon

Earth[]

See Earth and Moon(TBA) or United Terran Union

Mars[]

Mars Is another terraformed planet, but most people live in arcologies. Mars was first stepped on in 2028, and first colonized in 2032, by SpaceX and NASA. Mars started being terraformed in 2120, and it ended around 2590, making it another planet that can harbor Earth Life. Many living things from earth were genetically modified and imported, leading to some rather weird creatures native to Mars. Earlier dwellings were Domes, and inflatable Huts, coated with regolith. The largest Dome is Pavonis, established in 2038, and The metro area has 3 million people. Mars in total has 6 billion people. It is owned by the Republic of Ares

Phobos and Deimos[]

Deimos was completely mined and hollowed out by 2700. the hollow space became an O'Neill Cylinder. Phobos is still being periodically mined, but it is attached to a Stanford torus, where most of the Phobian Population Lives.

Asteroid Belt[]

Most people in the asteroid Belt live on Either Ceres or Vesta. Both of them were hollowed out and have O'Neill cylinders, which house about 500,000 people each. The Asteroid belt is where most of the outer planets' metal supplies come from, and a lot of it was used to build the dyson swarm. Most asteroids have temporary settlements on them to facilitate mining, and the transnational corporation, Diamond Drifts, is based on asteroid mining, and kuiper mining.

Numerous asteroid base settlements exist within this area, ranging from individual-owned homesteads to those operated by families, cooperatives, organizations, corporations, up to governments.

Jovian System[]

The Jovian System is Jupiter and its moons, which have large populations and lots of water.

Jupiter[]

Zeus Base

Zeus Base

Jupiter only has two Bases. Most people live on its moon. The first is Zeus Base, with a population of 2,605. The second and larger base is the Jovian Skywatch facility, A defense and gas harvesting facility with a population of 4,200. Jupiter's main export is unsurprisingly hydrogen and helium for fusion, generally exported to Venus and mercury. There is an orbital colony in Jovian orbit which refines a lot of hydrogen and deuterium for fusion.

Europa[]

A bioluminescent field on Europa; A very popular tourist attraction

Most Europans live in large underwater cities. There is a space elevator on the surface, and a few people live in the dome surrounding the elevator. The largest underwater city is Tethys, with a population of 4.1 million. It is another popular tourist destination, especially with scuba diving, and seeing genetically modified animals swimming around in an alien sea. Europa has research bases Deeper than the Mariana Trench on earth. It is also home to the Pisceans, genetically modified humans adapted to living underwater. However, the majority of Europans are regular humans or cyborgs.

Io & Ganymede[]

Both Io and Ganymede have bases on their surfaces, and have populations of both about 1 million. Ganymede was aqua formed in 2605, and the process is still undergoing. Io has a space station orbiting it, which is essentially a hub for Jovian Colonization. Io has a space elevator where ore and rock can be exported and used. Io has many factories on its volcanic surface, but its populace is mostly consisted of android workers, and other robots

Callisto[]

Callisto also has oceans, but they are not warm enough for comfortable living, so there are only about 4 research colonies of about 1000-5000 scientists each.

Other Moons[]

Jupiter has a small space station in its rings, called Hera Junction. 200 people live in the space station periodically, but only around 50 scientists live there permanently.

Saturnian System[]

Saturn[]

Helium collecting facilities in Saturn

Helium collecting facilities in Saturn

Saturn has one helium collecting colony, called Cronus colony, and it is floating in its lower atmosphere. However, most people live on Titan and Enceladus, and send robots to work in Saturn. It was first colonized in 2250, and Saturn also has 7 hotels in its rings. Saturnian scientists and Mnemosyne are working with Uranian engineers and scientists to build a wormhole network throughout the solar system.

Titan[]

Asterius, the oldest colony on Titan

Asterius, the oldest colony on Titan

Titan is the most populated Moon in the outer Solar System, home to 50,000,000 inhabitants. It is also home to the Mnemosyne Computer Network, A giant supercomputer, home to the Smartest AI in all of colonized space, Mnemosyne., Titan's largest city is Atlas Colony, with 20 million citizens.

Enceladus[]

Enceladus is Saturn's second largest moon. It has 2 million people living on its surface, and 3,000 in an underwater base known as Oceanus(mostly scientists). A few enceladian scientists in 2870, were conducting a test on the water, and found an unidentified microbe. It is still not known whether the colonists brought this with them or if it is Alien Life.

Uranian and Neptunian Systems[]

Uranus and its moons[]

Uranus has 1 colony in its outer layer, where Scientists collect gas from Uranus. On Oberon, there is a space elevator and mass driver to shoot the spaceships carrying cargo into space. In the rings of uranus, there is a Bernal Sphere called Caelus, with 5,000 residents

Neptune and its moons[]

A gas collection facility In a deeper layer of Uranus

Neptune has 4 colonies, Poseidon, Laomedeia, Nereid, and Hippocampus. They collect more gas than Uranus does, and They are sent to Triton for Fusion reactors. on Neptune's capital Poseidon, a habitat orbiting Neptune, they are attempting to create an artificial wormhole to Eden(in Kuiper belt) A few comets were brought to Tritonian Orbit to be converted to A-brains, to power VR and Life simulations across the Neptunian System
