It's population as of 2050 is estimated to be 250 Million, making it's the populated country in the world. The capital of Russia is Moscow, which is also the largest city by population.

In the late 2060s, The Russian Federation's economy was at it's worst. Many Russians thought that the Russian Federation was too big for one government to control, so many protests in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and other major Russian cities. Russian protested against the Russian Federation and in favor of independence of Siberia and many other Russian regions. In 2071, The Russian Federation officially fell and the Republic of Siberia, the Republic of Belarus and other Russian regions gained independence. On August 9, 2071, The Republic of Russia formed as the successor to the Russian Federation.
