On March 17th 2020 President Trump officially won the nomination. in the general election he went up against Former Vice President Joe Biden. The Campaign season stared late due to Covid-19. Trump began holding Rallies again in June and officially accepted the nomination at The White House on the 27th of August . On August 20th Joe Biden officially accepted the nomination in a parking lot. Biden was quickly proven to be a weak candidate and struggled to win over undecided voters. Republicans held the Senate 55-45 and won the house back 225-210 Kevin McCarthy succeeded Nancy Pelosi as house Speaker who would retire from Congress. Mitch McConnell won reelection in his Kentucky Senate seat and stayed Majority Leader during the 117th Congress.

Trump's Second Term[]

President Trump's second term began at Noon on January 20th 2021 as he was sworn into office by Chief Justice John Roberts and Mike Pence was sworn in by Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh. During President Trumps's Second Term the Economy was strong after picking back up after the Covid-19 shutdown. Soon after he was sworn in he revealed his true identity, one of the Dark Overloads. Since he had already corrupted America’s soul during his first term, America was powerless to shed his evil control.

By the end of his presidency the Unemployment rate hit 2.7% and median income in America hit $69,420. The Dow hit 40,000 in December 2024. With the Republicans controlling both Houses of Congress Trump hoped to get things done that he was been working on since 2017. In February of 2021 Republicans passed a healthcare bill finally killing Obamacare. Republicans also gave the President the funding for The Wall and updated imagination laws. The border wall was finished in July of 2022. The Congress also passed a infrastructure bill and Tax Cuts 2.0 along with a budget without "unnecessary spending". On November 8th 2022 the midterms were held and the Senate remained the same at 55-45 and the GOP held onto the House. Donald Trump became the first two term President to have there party hold the Senate for there entire presidency since Franklin Roosevelt. Former President Jimmy Carter passed way on November 17th 2022 . A state funeral was held in Washington. President Trump attended along with former Presidents Clinton, Bush and Obama. Vice President Pence was in attendance along with Former Vice Presidents Cheney, Gore & Quayle. Vice President Biden was not in attendance due to being lost . President Carter's passing made President Trump the oldest living President with Presidents Bush and Clinton only a few month younger. President Carter lived longer than any President in history. Trump won and ended The War on Terr on February 6th 2023 "ending the 22 year long war at last". Trump also wakened China destroying it's economy. He also signed a Peace Treaty with North Korea on September 8th 2023. President Trump would go on to be remembered as one of the best Presidents in History while some disagreed he won over the popularity of the county by the time he left office in 2025 with a approval rating of 69%. The Democrats were looking for someone who could actually win after Joe Biden failed in 2020 they wanted someone liberal but not "Socialist". When the Iowa caucus rolled around Amy Klobuchar came in first with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is a close second and Andrew Cuomo and Kamala Harris is a distant third and fourth. In New Hampshire Andrew Cuomo won with Amy Klobuchar in 2nd. AOC won Nevada by a blowout. South Carolina was Klobuchar Country. On Super Tuesday Kamala Harris drooped out and Klobuchar held a narrow lead in the Delegate count. Andrew Cuomo decried to endorse Klobuchar to Prevent AOC from wining the Nomination. On July 18th Amy Klobuchar won accepted the Nomination for President and Pick Andrew Cuomo for Vice President.

Republicans looking for someone who could build on the Trump Legacy. After the 2022 midterms Nikki Haley announced she was ruining for President. On January 20th 2023 Ted Cruz announced he was running for President in 2024. Rick Scott announced a few weeks later. While Mike Pence was undecided on running on Easter Monday 2023 he deiced that he was in and was running to continue the Trump Legacy. President Trump quickly endorsed Pence. Ted Cruz deiced to run for Governor of Texas in 2024 and endorsed Pence. In July of 2023 The Republicans held there first and only debate. Haley and Scott deiced to dropout and endorse Pence because they felt there was no reason to divide the Party.On August 1st in Grand Rapids Mike Pence accepted the Nomination for President and Nikki Haley accepted the Nomination for Vice President.

2024 General Election[]

President Trump Campaigned for Pence heavily especially in the Key States he won in 2016 and 2020. During the debates Pence and Klobuchar did about even with Pence talking about building on the Trump Legacy and Klobuchar looking to a new beginning. It was hoped that Sinima could stop Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez from wining the nomination because it was feared that AOC would get beaten by Pence by a landslide. Well the Socialist have won over the Democrat Party. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez defeated Krystin Sinima in the Primary and went on in the General Election she Picked Rashida Tlaib as her Vice President. Joe Kennedy III announced a third Party Candidacy along with Conner Lamb of PA. Pence beat both Cortez and Kennedy by a wide Margin and went on to a second term. Pence's second Term was not eventful the economy was good throughout his Presidency and Populist Conservationism was wining over Socialism in America.

With the rise of Populist Conservatism in America during the 2020s in the Republican party the Democrat Party became a radical left basically socialist party. Democrats had a hard time wining elections Socialism didn't sit well with the American people. Populist Conservatism remained popular with Americans going into the 2030s.
