The Holy United Islamic Republics (Arabic: الجمهوريات الإسلامية المتحدة المقدسة) or simply just known as the Pax Islamica was a country spanning Western Asia as well as North and Eastern Africa, with territories, protectorates and colonies on the Moon, Mars, Titan and Venus.

The territories of the modern-day Pax Islamica have been home to many ancient civilizations, human and alien alike, and have widely-contested over by many ancient empires, until eventually becoming predominantly-Muslim. Sick and tired of being seen as a nation of savages, the Islamic Unification occured the same time as World War III.
The Pax Islamica is one of the leading superpowers of the world as well as outer space, along with Russia and Japan, it is one of three leading space superpowers. It is currently the most powerful country of the entire Muslim and Arab World.
The Pax Islamica reigned as a superpower until 2559, when Arab, Turkish and Berber nationalists waged intafadas, after the Islamic government in Istanbul lifted the restrictions on media, uncovering many secret genocidal campaigns against Christians and Jews living in the Pax Islamica. Its collapse resembled that of the Soviet Union's collapse in 1989.
In its place, three independent countries were formed, the North African Union, Islamic Republic of Turkey and the United Arabian States.
History[]
In 2029, Islamic forces in the Middle East called for a unification of the Muslim and Arab World. However, neither NATO or Russia wanted anything to do with this "Islamic unification", especially for Russia, as it would put Syria in the line of fire.
Islamic leaders wanted to turn to Russia to aid them. However, Russia was in a state of civil unrest and civil war between the neo-Imperialists and communists. Islamic leaders however, turned to the neo-Imperialists for aid, knowing that they were the more-powerful and Muslim-friendly of the two, as Sergey Kasimirov, leader of the communists, or the "Supreme Soviet of all Russia", was very anti-Muslim, and showed a huge disdain for Muslims.
When NATO officially declared war on Russia and China, and sent forces into Russia, the Turkish military, since Turkey was part of NATO, reluctantly participated in military operations in southern Russia. Upon learning, Russian Supreme Leader Nikolay Chernov shut off Turkey's S-400 and all Russian air defense systems in Turkey, crippling Turkey's defensive forces within.
A series of meeting were held within the Arab League, meetings that included Turkey, as well as Somalia, of forming a joint Turko-Arab-led Islamic superpower.
Two main candidates stood out, over who should lead this Islamic superpower, it was either Mohamet Ali-Bayındır, the President of Turkey, Bilal bin Walid al-Sadiqi of Egypt or Hakim al-Saudi, Saudi prince.
In the end, Bayindir ended up getting the majority of votes to lead this Islamic nation. This had already caused stirrups with Egyptians and Saudis. China and India both recognized Bayindir as the leader of this Islamic nation, however Russia was war-torn to even care.
However, the Russian Communists under Kasimirov funded communists, who wanted to establish the People's Republic of Asia Minor.
In 2035, Mohamet Ali-Bayındır proclaimed himself the President of the Pax Islamica from Istanbul, which was designated as the capital of the Pax Islamica, while Ankara was reserved for the Islamic Republic of Turkey, which had a separately-elected leader.
From 2035 to 2037, the Pax Islamica had to deal with many Intafadas, something that world leaders had suspected would happen.
President Ali-Bayındır regreted Turkey's participation in military operations against Russia, and sent military representatives to the neo-Imperialist capital of St. Petersburg to discuss Turkish surrender terms. He turned to Russian Supreme Leader Nikolay Chernov for help. Because the Pax Islamica was a successor state to Turkey, it by legal means, was officially part of NATO, and Turkish troops had been on the frontlines fighting in southern Russia and Azerbaijan. Therefore, President Ali-Bayındır switched sides, decided to warn Russian forces of NATO offensives, and signing secret protocols with the Russian military.
In 2036, the two leaders signed a Russo-Islamic Security Protocol, allowing Russian agents to help their Islamic counterparts quell uprisings in the Pax Islamica. However, Chernov warned the Islamic president that if he couldn't get his country under control within a time-span of three years, Russia would cut its defense and security contracts with the Pax Islamica.
In 2037, the Pax Islamica launched its first overseas invasion, of southern Spain, wanting to re-conquer Al-Andalus, despite strong reservations from the Islamic Defense Minister, Yusuf Ibraihimi. Defense Minister Ibrahimi argued that the Pax Islamica was just at its dawn, and like the early days of the Soviet Union, Soviet Russia to be specific, the Islamic military was going to be prone to a complete and total beat-down against any enemy, much like the Soviets against the Poles.
President Ali-Bayındır dismissed Ibrahimi as Defense Minister, and replaced him with Hamdan Abdul-Baqi from Somalia.
Like Ibrahimi had suspected, the Islamic military did not achieve a decisive victory in southern Spain, as they had to deal with the full-brunt of NATO's remnants, now the European Defense Pact. In the first couple months of the invasion, the Pax Islamica was using outdated Turkish and Egyptian naval vessels, and relying on old Soviet war tactics. The arrival of Israeli forces into southern Spain only worsened the situation for the Pax Islamica.
Both Russia and China refused to back the Islamic invasion of southern Spain. In 2038, Al-Andalus became a "disputed territory" between the Pax Islamica and Spain. In 2039, not learning from his mistakes, President Ali-Bayındır attempted to invade southern Cyprus, only to get decisively defeated by a Russian, Greek and Serbian-backed Greek Cypriot Force.
In 2040, the Pax Islamica successfully invaded Sudan, its first major victory, and attempted to invade South Sudan, once-more, to get crushed by a Russian and German-backed South Sudanese resistance.
Eventually, Islamic leaders made a bid to impeach President Ali-Bayındır, stating that he was wreckless, and surely going to lead an early and disastrous collapse of the Pax Islamica. Fahat ibn Mustafa, the Governor of the Islamic Republic of Turkey, along with many other governors, filed their bids to impeach Mohamet Ali-Bayındır.
in 2041, the Islamic Supreme Court agreed to impeach the Turkish-born president. In the new election, Fahat ibn Mustafa succeeded Mohamet Ali-Bayındır as the President of the Pax Islamica.
Growth and Progress 2042-on, Ibn Mustafa presidency[]

The United Islamic Forces, in Tunisia, 2037
Afterwards, Chernov finally inked large mega arms deals with the various Islamic governments as the NATO invasion of Russia was finally reaching its demise, the Pax Islamica began conquering swaths of the Middle East, and uniting with various Arab states, to form the Islamic Confederation. Due to the amount of wealth, Russia sold many weapons to this Islamic Confederation, however, the Islamic Confederation had to use the Russian ruble as the petrol currency. In return, Russian economic advisors worked up a plan for the Islamic Confederation to grow as an economic superpower, in that all Islamic mosques worldwide, Halal-certification agencies, madrasahs and etc., had to use the Pax Islamica's lira as their currency, even those built in Russia and China.
Therefore, mosques worldwide and normally any establishment with Islam as its focus had to use the Pax Islamica lira. In addition, countries of the Muslim World wanting to purchase food products from the Pax Islamica had to use the lira as well. The Islamic Republic of Michigan, established in the former United States, also used the lira.

Grand Complex of Arabia, built in 2090 under the rule of President Salma Hayda
However, Russian leader Nikolay Chernov, a staunch Christian, lamented over having to support Islamic countries, admitting to Pavel Aksakov that he thought of the Pax Islamica as a "nation of animals".
Chernov avoided requests from Islamic leaders to form a Russo-Islamic Alliance, as Chernov wanted no such thing. In 2035, at the same time as the Islamic Uprising & Unification, the nationalist uprising in Germany led by Anton Bolinder now gave Russia its chance, with Bolinder deporting Turkish and Muslim German citizens, and like Islamic leaders, Bolinder called on Russia for the re-formation of a great Germanic Empire.
In 2042, Yusuf Erdogan, a descendant of late-Turkish former president Recep Tayyip Erdogan, a veteran of the Islamic Navy, established the Erdogan Military Technology Institute, later the Erdogan Islamic Military Institute, successfully purchased military technology designs from Russian firms, and defunct American ones.
Fahat ibn Mustafa went on a rigorous technology-innovation age for the country, seeing the previous military failures of the Pax Islamica as a result of not only poor leadership, but grossly outdated military technology. He was also tired of constantly having to rely on Russia or other foreign powers. In addition, he was very dismayed at Russia for supporting Germany and Anton Bolinder, accusing Russia of abandoning the "brotherly Russian-Islamic ties established between [Recept Tayyip Erdogan] and Vladimir Putin" decades ago.
President Ibn Mustafa funded his own Islamic military expeditions into the former United States to salvage remains of space and tech knowledge. The Republic of California agreed to allow Islamic military expeditions.
Ibn Mustafa's leadership saw huge growth for the Pax Islamica. He was able to sign over 35 bilateral defense treaties with Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Guam to establish light naval bases, to be able to move Islamic vessels across the Pacific Ocean.
One of the main issues for the Pax Islamica's failure was that the Russians and Germans fielded superior technology, and armed the African Crusaders with superior training, leadership and weaponry.
Ibn Mustafa lamented that the Pax Islamica was underdeveloped, although wealthy, and that it needed to go on a rigorous tech-innovation campaign. With the help of Yusuf Erdogan, the Islamic Space Agency & Observatory (Arabic: وكالة ومرصد الفضاء الإسلامي), the Pax Islamica's own version of NASA and Roscosmos, began construction on June 17, 2044, the same date that Salman bin Salman al-Saud became the first Muslim and Arab to go into outer space. In addition, Ibn Mustafa funded building more space observatories and technological universities and institutes across the Pax Islamica.
Again, the Pax Islamica turned to India and China to purchase steel and other materials, splitting the steel and building material purchases 50/50, using both the rupee and the yuan respectively, since Supreme Leader Svetlana Orlova refused to back the Pax Islamica. However, Vladimir Kamarov, a close ally of Nikolay Chernov, and a faction of the Russian military worked secretly with the Pax Islamica. Chernov made it clear that he was through with political and military responsiblities, and needed to go live a quiet and peaceful remainder of his life.s
To this date, the ISAO is one of the largest space agencies in the world, and at one point, was picking up the pace and poised to outdo Russia, Japan and China's various space facilities. The Pax Islamica was responsible for sending the third man to the Moon (the Russians having achieved as being the second after the late and fallen United States), and successfully building portals to the Moon, although the Russians had already achieved this feat. However, these "portals" were only accessible to the highest-ranking, since Islamic alkunauts discovered ancient alien bases, temples and portals on the Moon, things that the Americans and Soviets before them had already discovered. The first successful Islamic manned mission to the Moon, ended up in a disaster, in that while they successfully landed on the Moon, disappeared, and were never heard from again. This discovery is kept as highly-classified information by the Islamic government in Ankara.
The Russians sent space warships to the Moon in an attempt to rescue the crew members of the Mehmed-11, but could not find them. Since the Russians had already operated space weapons, secretly, Ibn Mustafa himself soon became involved, and starting the Pax Islamica's very own version of the Illuminati, a secret society that owns super-advanced technology.
(For this next part, the people are NOT aware): Ibn Mustafa went to Moscow, to discuss with Vladimir Kamarov on a joint secret Russian-Islamic use of interdimensional portals. On another teleportation visit to the Moon, Ibn Mustafa met a 7-ft tall alien, claiming that it was Allah.
Ibn Mustafa himself boarded the Mehmed-12, to go on his own Moon trip, against the will of his advisers. When he returned, he suffered dementia, claiming to have "met Allah on the Moon". Therefore, he was impeached by the Shariah Court in Mecca, on blasphemy charges, and then impeached by the Senate in Ankara in 2053.
In 2055, China and the Pax Islamica engaged in a near-freezing of relations. As Islamic uprisings raged throughout Xinjiang, and predominantly Hui (Chinese Muslim) provinces across the country, Russian federal agents in Central Asia leaked plans by Islamic military diplomats of using the Islamic uprisings in western China to stage an invasion of East Turkestan, and what Islamic leaders call "Huistan".
Russia declared neutrality in the dispute between China and the Pax Islamica. In addition, relations with India also nearly froze when Russian agents in Kashmir leaked Islamic plans to nearby Indian authorities to help Pakistan invade Kashmir, now that Pakistan had a major superpower to back it.
Age of Progress & Liberalization 2085-present[]

Salma Haydar, first woman president of the Pax Islamica
Within the country, a new and liberal form of Islam, known as the "Tahrir Faith", or "Tahririyyah", began to mushroom. The movement was found by Qadeer al-Hassan, an imam from Algeria, who along with other Islamic imams, grew sick and tired of the tight clutches of conservative Islam.
Sheikh al-Hassan wrote the "missing book to the Qur'an", known as the Kitab al-Tahrir, literally the "Book of Liberation", claiming that while it still viewed Mohammad as the Prophet of Islam, claimed that he himself, was not perfect.
In the "Hassanic Surahs", the Algerian imam argued against the notion that Muslim women shouldn't be obligated to marry or date only Muslim men, and also rejected the original teaching that the father is the source of moral codes.
The Kitab al-Tahrir began to grow viral all over the Pax Islamica, that even the Shariah Enforcement Agency was unable to stop it, since its members too, began to follow al-Hassan's teachings. This began with the murder of Sheikh Wa'il Obeidallah by the liberal-minded Yusuf bin Samur, who as a sign of defiance, placed his wife, Noor bint Bilal, as the new Commander.
The Liberal Revolution commenced across the Pax Islamica, and its proponents wanted to have al-Hassan as the new president. In the 2086 elections, Qadeer al-Hassan became the President of the Pax Islamica, while his right-hand woman, Amina Sharif became the Pax Islamica's first Prime Minister.
Space Expansion 2088-present[]
In the 2080s, Islamic leaders had expressed their deep desire to spread the Islamic civilization across outer space, influenced by Russia's own space expansion.
The Islamic Aerospace Forces had been attempting to re-open the ancient portal in Egypt, which had allowed ancient Martians to rule over Egypt. In addition, although kept an open secret, a portal had existed inside the Ka'aba in Mecca, a secret kept by Islamic authorities.
However, an infuriated Salma Haydar questioned Islamic clergy as to why they kept it a secret, and took military control of the Ka'aba.
The first two publicly-recognized space forces were organized, the 1st Saturn Battalion, and the 1st Mars Battalion. The Saturn mission ended up being shrouded in mystery, out of a total of 2,300 troops who partook in the mission, only 300 returned.
General Tamir Abdul-Baqi al-Sadiq, part of the 1st Saturn Battalion, returned shaken and with much grief, reporting to Istanbul that the majority of the troops ended up in a portal to Saturn's north pole. General al-Sadiq reported the portal's structure to be about 20 ft tall, as to what lie on Saturn's north pole, has been kept a highly classified information by Istanbul.
A 2nd Saturn Battalion was organized, this time, with Russia's aid. The 2nd Saturn Battalion arrived on a similar, but abandoned alien based on Saturn's moon Titan.
In 2089, the Pax Islamica successully re-activated the ancient Egyptian-Martian portal inside the Giza Pyramids. On Mars, the 1st Islamic Mars Battalion was defeated and captured by Martians, leading Russian forces in the Hellas Basin to respond. Along the way, Russian, Texan and Islamic forces in Mars discovered more ancient Martian ruins. Scientists and geologists from both nations made a shocking discovery, estimating the structures to be more than a million years old.
Islamic and Russian forces closely collaborated on building a Transport Base on Mars, which would link the space forces of both nations from those on the Moon, to Mars, in hopes of transporting to a portal on Titan, which has garnered much interest from Russia. As a reward for rescuing Islamic space troops, President Haydar allowed Russia to control large swaths of Titan.
Dissolution - 2559
In the 2530s, a series of Arab, Berber, Communist and Turkish nationalist intafadas occured throughout the Pax Islamica. Secular Arab nationalists led by Musa ibn Sameer, from Yemen, were sick and tired of the Islamic theocratic system, being treated like second-class citizens.
Meanwhile in Turkey, Turkish nationalists waged a similar revolution. Revolutionaries stormed government buildings and structures, especially the Great White Istana of Arabia.
Similar to the Soviet coup attempt against Mikhail Gorbachev in 1989, ultra Islamists attempted to wage a coup against President al-Salah, making it plain that the "perverting of Islam" is what is causing issues, and promoted a return to a conservative Islamic society.
On December 25, 2559, President Ibrahim Salim al-Salah announced that the Pax Islamica was no more. In the Pax Islamica's place, Arabia, North Africa and Turkey, all secular nations, would take the Pax Islamica's place.
President Azra Serif would replace Ibrahim al-Salah as the President of the Islamic Republic of Turkey. Jadida Abdul-Hashim would become the first president of the Republic of North Africa, while Noor bint Rabah became the first president of the United Arabian States. However, President Bint Rabah and President Abdul-Hashim would merge their nations, to form the Arab Commonwealth, causing Berber uprisings.
Superpowers such as Russia was highly supporting of the formation of the Arab Commonwealth, and it is this Arab Commonwealth, as well as Turkey, that could compete for power in the Middle East.
Over the next couple years, neo-Islamists would attempt to form a loose federation of independent Islamic nations. President Serif, along with the governments of the former Pax Islamica signed into existance, the CIIS, or the Commonwealth of Independent Islamic States.
However, this proved to be a failed project. Since in North Africa, the "Christian intafada" (Arabic: انتفاضة مسيحية) ensued, in which its instigator, Juliana el-Gamalyel, a Coptic Egyptian leader, and Fahad Wukir, an Arabian Christian, both made it plain that the formation of the CIIS would completely defeat the reason for the intafadas in the first place, and would return Christians in the Middle East and North Africa back under what they referred to as "Islamic tyranny".
Therefore, the three former Pax Islamica presidents met again in Cairo, in 2562, for the formation of the Association of West Asian and North African States, or the West Asian-North African Bloc.
While Turkey remained an Islamic republic, the Arab Commonwealth spent time enforcing secularism and religious freedom. This began with the restriction on Islamist parties in Arabia and North Africa.
Economy[]
The Pax Islamica was currently one of the leading countries in the tourism, textile, food, agriculture, technology and aerospace industry.
The lira is the Pax Islamica's current currency. It is currently the most powerful currency of the Muslim World, as all Sunni Muslim countries must use the lira to fund the building of mosques, madrasahs and etc., with the exception of those in Russia, Israel, Jordan and Syria.
Turkey is the predominant source of the Pax Islamica's food industry, while Arabia and Egypt contribute to the tech and aerospace industries.
Pillars[]
1. Zakat[]
Economic progress was one of the key pillars of the Pax Islamica, therefore, the Pax Islamica uses the lira since much of the economics and politics is governed from the Islamic Republic of Turkey.
The lira is the most powerful currency in the entire Muslim World, food products, especially Halal certifications, in which the lira is used to establish Halal-certification agencies throughout the world.
Via the economic alliance with Russia, the ruble was used for petrol transactions.
2. Brotherhood and Unity[]
This was adopted from NATO's Article 5, in which an attack against one Islamic nation was an attack against all.
3. Spiritual Purity[]
This article states that the Pax Islamica would not forge any alliances with any country hostile to Islam and/or Muslims.
In addition, any faiths considered a mockery of a threat to Islam were to be outlawed, with exceptions for Christians, considered People of the Book, but has to pay a special jizyah tax.
4. Mercy for Ahl-al-Kitab and Dhimmis[]
This article recognizes the diginity, respect and protection for Ahl-al-Kitab, or "People of the Book" in Arabic, meaning Christians and Jews.
Although this pillar was actively enforced, especially for Russian Orthodox and Roman Catholic, whom the Pax Islamica viewed as spiritual allies, and despite Jews being under the same protection according to the Qur'an, this pillar was barely enforced for Jews, and Jews underwent discrimination in the Pax Islamica.
However, the Republic Governor of Arabia, Karim Abu-Hussein, paid many goodwill visits to the Yemenite Jewish community, stating that relations between Muslims and Yemenite Jews were ".....as brotherly as ever", helping restore a Yemenite Jewish temple, and encouraging Israeli Jews of Yemenite Jewish descent to come back to Yemen.
Of all the Pax Islamica nations, Yemen was the most Jewish-friendly, though the friendliness was limited to Yemenite Jews, Ashkenazi Jews were still drowned upon.
Within the Pax Islamica, Russian Orthodox, Greek Orthodox, Roman Catholics and Melkite Greek Catholic were practically treated almost equal as Muslims, as Russian Orthodox enjoyed many rights not normally afforded to dhimmis, or non-Muslims of a Muslim state. Russian Orthodox enjoyed discounted jizyah taxes and Russian Orthodox leaders often-not, got a right of passage to Mecca, something strictly forebidden from non-Muslims.
Economy[]
The Pax Islamica's current GDP is $7.75 trillion. Turkey, Arabia and Egypt are the Pax Islamica's three main republics of economic output. Turkey is home to the Pax Islamica's main source of food production, Arabia with oil and petrol production, and Egypt home of the technological and innovation industry.
In addition, the Pax Islamic leads the world in mosque-building, all Islamic centers around the world, be it mosques, madrasahs or Halal certification boards, must use the Islamic lira as their currency. Exceptions would be Russia and China. The Pax Islamica currently draws approximately $3.28 trillion from the mosque-building industry.
Military[]
The United Islamic Forces are the armed forces of the Pax Islamica. It is divided into the Islamic Army, Islamic Navy, Islamic Aerospace Forces. It supplied mainly by India and Russia, but most of it is domestically-supported.
The Pax Islamica military is one of the superpowers of the world, boasting a total spending of $257.4 billion, owning 48 overseas bases worldwide, in Pakistan, Nusantara, Michigan and Tanzania. It is the 4th most-powerful military in the world, below China, Russia and India.
In addition, the Pax Islamica owns three moon bases, as well as three bases on Saturn's moon Titan.
Aerospace Forces[]

The ISS Salma, orbiting above Titan
The Islamic Aerospace Forces currently operates and boasts the world's 2nd-largest aerospace force, owning a total of two spaceship carriers, 38 battle frigates, 40 space corvettes and 5,700 space fighter jets.
The ISS Suleiman I, and its sister carrier, the ISS Şehzade Mustafa, are both indigenously-designed carriers, both capable of holding 700 mixed fighter jets.
As for its frigates, the
The Aerospace Forces currently operates 3 moon bases, 1 Saturn Base, 4 Titan observatories and outposts, as well as a base in Mecca, Arabia. The Pax Islamica also operates 10 Transport Bases around the solar system, operated jointly with the other three space superpowers, namely Russia, Japan and Texas.
Most of the Pax Islamica's space forces are fixated around Saturn, where the Pax Islamica currently operates interdimensional portals between Mecca, Arabia and Saturn's north pole. As to what lies in Saturn's north pole is highly classified information by Istanbul.
