Opmar (short for the "Opposition March" or the "Opposing March"), also referred as the Opmar Powers was a Totalitarian-Militaristic Hegemony formed on September 12, 2075, during the Third World War, and was founded by the Federation of the Americas and Co-Founded by the Union of Islamic Nations and the People's Republic of China. It dissolved on October 20, 2079, when the Union of Islamic Nations had collapsed and the People's Republic of China had surrendered. The Opmar Powers were a Military Rival of the Allegiance Coalition Treaty during the Third World War until it's collapse in 2079, leaving the Federation all by itself.

The Opmar Powers had a combined force of over 1,500,000,000 Strong from the Federation, UIN, and China. Although their flag does exist, Opmar only uses it at their Head Quarters located in the capitals (Federation City, Beijing, and Tehran); However, the Opmar Powers do indeed establish and erect different varieties of Occupational Flags abroad.

Despite having a larger number of soldiers, China and the UIN have low class power, unlike the United States and the Federation. While the Union of Islamic Nations and the People's Republic of China use pincer movements to outnumber it's enemies, the Federation of the Americas use the element of surprise and flexibility to successfully take down threats, also having class power on their side. Hence the fact the the United States and the Federation are equaled as World Superpowers, their military and insurgent strengths are different.

Opmar used to have higher ground against the Allegiance Coalition Treaty until 2078, when the Federation Armed Forces were kicked out of Europe, along with UIN Forces ousted from all of Africa, and China being removed from the Pacific.

After the Collapse of the Opmar Powers, the Federation of the Americas was all alone to fight the Allied Powers.

The Opmar Powers' Economy was a mix of a Corporatist-Socialist Planned System.
