The Green New Deal (2026-2043) was a series of programs, public work projects, and reforms began by the Baldwin administration (2025-2033) and continued by the Castro administration (2033-2041). It would help in recovery to the Greater Recession after failure by the Trump administration (2017-2025) to do so. It costed up to 12 trillion in its 17 years of existence (or around 700 billion per year). It was phased out by the Presidency (2041-2049), who advocated for its duties to be carried on by the states.
