The Fourth Indo-Pakistani War was a war fought between the Republic of India and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (in addition to various Islamic terrorist organizations).

The war stemmed from the 2025 New Delhi chemical attacks by Laksher e Taiba Operatives with help of the Pakistani Army and ISI seren gas was detonated in New Delhi, killing more than 10,000 civilians and police. Shortly aftwards, the Pakistani Army moved troops across the border and Pakistan was subsequently invaded by India.

The war effectively ended in 2027 when, following two years of bombardments on Islamabad, Indian soldiers breached the city and captured the President and all government officials by the end of the week. In 2028, Pakistan was officially annexed into India.
