Future

-Hey Guys, Ryan here, and regarding the map game Downfall I would like to announce it is ready to go, so you can put your nation on the game screen. Once Florence passes over, I'll put down the rules, tell you guys about your nation, and then start the game. Sorry for the long delay, I just don't want anything to go wrong with it. Also, if your nation is already up there, I put it there. Read the Synopsis to get more information. God Speed.

The European Union is a political and economic union between the countries of Europe.

First Form (1958-2043)[]

Its first form was the peak of its power, it lasted from 1958 to 2043.

Collapse[]

The collapse of the European Union was primarilycaused by the leave of Poland (one of the EU's most powerful members after Germany and France), and its allies in 2041. It was followed by the collapse of NATO in 2044. The reason for Poland and its allies leaving was due to it being clear that Russia was destabilizing back to pre-Putin levels as seen in the 90s, following Putin's death, (lessening the need for a union), deteriorating relations between Germany and Poland, and the rise of nationalism/eurosceptism in Eastern Europe.

Member States[]

In its maximum extent, this version had 28 nations as its member states, these included of:

  • Austria
  • Belgium
  • Bulgaria
  • Croatia
  • Cyprus
  • Czech Republic
  • Denmark
