Helen Dan Valley (born December 2, 1989, Stow, Vermont, USA) is an American politician;head of activists "Updates" (2018-2036); 49th US President (2037-2045),the head of the Progressive Party of the United States (2045-2060), its member since 2030.
Third woman president (after Elizabeth Warren and Nikki Haley and up to Chelsea Clinton), the first president from the "third party" and from the "progressivists", a young force in the US. In addition, Valley is the first president with an LGBT orientation (bisexual).In addition, Elena is the first US president of Slavic origin (Ukrainian by father, Russian by mother).
At her post, Elena became famous for eliminating the electoral system, eliminating the "bipartisan dictatorship", raising the country's economic level and eliminating the negative consequences for America after the war in Venezuela, having withdrawn troops from there. Elena is often placed on a par with George Washington, Franklin Roosevelt and Ronald Reagan.

Childhood[]
The future "Saint Helena" was born on December 2, 1989 in the small Vermostok town of Stow. Her parents were Slavs with Jewish roots.
Father, Den Nicholas Valley (1961-2048) is an auxiliary Ukrainian whose parents arrived in the late 19th century The USA is from Bukovina; he was appointed director at a local bank.
Mother, Maria Gary Newtich (1965-2044), is a subsidiary Russian whose parents were the intelligentsia who fled after the Bolshevik victory in the 1920s; she worked as a history teacher at a local school.
Elena was the only child in the family.She grew up, in her memoirs, “in kindness and harmony”.The family was a typical American middle class.
In childhood, she was unsociable with friends, preferring a home lifestyle, only rarely walking on the street with friends.
At 4 years old (1993) she went to kindergarten and at 7 years old she went to school, where she studied until the 11th grade. In addition, her mother worked there.
The Valley studied well, but from the 5th grade it worsened in terms of exact sciences and physical education because of “their incomprehensibility” (quote from Elena). She also managed to fall in love with four boys; Relations with the first in the 4th grade lasted a month, with the second in the 6th grade - 5 weeks, with the third in the 9th grade - about a year and the fourth in the 11th grade - six months.
In 2007 she graduated from high school with a secondary certificate.
Despite the reserved nature, she was friendly, a little hooligan and always ready to help, but she very rarely participated in school life.
