David Cheston Rouzer (born February 19, 1972) is an American politician who served as the 47th President of the United States from 2029 to 2037. Before serving as President, he served as an United States Senator of North Carolina from 2023 to 2028, before than he served in the United States House of Representatives.
Rouzer was the first President to be born outside of the United States, as he was born in Germany.
