The Californian Civil War (Spanish: Guerra Civil Californiana) was a civil war in the Republic of California, fought between the Republic of California itself, as well as the Estado de California, pushing for Mexican re-annexation of California and the California chapter of the American Army. A similar incident in Nevada, known as the Nevada Conflict, took place, involving the Bundeswehr von Neu Deutschien.
Ensuing after the collapse of the United States, sections of the United States Armed Forces stationed in California became grafted as part of the new Californian Armed Forces. However, many Hispanic Californians wanted the former American state to once-more, become part of Mexico.
This placed the Mexcian government in an awkward position, and despite contemplating support for the Estado de California, held back its support. As a result, the Californian Armed Forces, having inherited most of the sublime United States military, ended up victorious.
The new Californian Air Force conducted aerial bombings over Hispanic villages suspected of beig supporters of the Estado de California.
They established control over villages, and under President Edward Boone, the CAF enacted harsh measures against members of the Estado de California and the American Army.
The victory of the CAF solidified the Republic of California's status as a well held-together and powerful nation with strong defenses.
