Balkan Empire (Балканско царство in Serbian), officially known as The Balkan Empire, is a country located near Greece, Russia, and other countries located near it. The monarch of the country is Goran Zebić, otherwise known as King Goran Zebić I of Serbia. The governing body is a absolute monarchy, the first in decades. It was the first absolute monarchy to ever be established in 2050.
The population estimates were 65 million loyal citizens of the Balkan Empire. The capital, Belgrade, is the home of Goran Zebić, the royal monarch of the Balkan Empire.
