Anglia, also known as Republic of Anglia is a federal republic located in Northwestern Europe, and occupied large part of island of Britain. It is bordered by Lancashire to the north, Humber to the east, Sussex and Somerset to the south, and Wales to the west. Anglia's capital and largest city is Leicester.
The state was formed after the World War III as a survivor nation. It was formed by a group of survivors in Norwich and Leicester.

World War III[]
United Kingdom declared war on the Moscow Alliance after Serbian-Hungarian invasion of Croatia and Russian invasion of the Baltics. UK played major role in the war. United Kingdom has sent large divisions to fight the Moscow Alliance in European campaign, they also sent volunteers in the Asian and African campaigns.
In late 2058, several bunkers were built to prepare for the threat of nuclear attacks. On the Day of Armageddon, several cities in the Britain were nuked. First attack was taken place in London at 3:15 pm UTC, followed by nuclear attacks in several cities, such as Birmingham and Sheffield.

Football is the most popular sport in Anglia. Anglia's football governing body, the Football Association is the oldest governing body in sport. FA was also the governing body of association football in Anglia's predecessor state, England.
