The 2028 United States Presidential Elections took place on Friday, November 3, 2028, months before the Canadian War of Secession. It is the 61st quadrennial presidential election after the 2024 US presidential elections. It was between Kamala Harris and former vice president from 2017-2021 Mike Pence. It was not Joe Biden vs Donald Trump because Mr Biden had two terms, and Donald Trump already had cancer before the elections. Kamala Harris, with her running mate Barack Obama and Mike Pence, John Thune.
Mike Pence and senator John Thune defeated both Democratic vice president Kamala Harris and US Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttgieg, and assumed presidency on Sunday, the 4th of February 2029 following Donald Trump's death. Donald Trump's funeral will be held tomorrow morning, at 9:30 am at Washington DC. After Mike Pence assumed presidency, he agreed to help Canada in the war ongoing in the provinces of Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Yukon.
