The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup was the 21st edition of the FIFA Club World Cup, an international club association football competition organized by FIFA. The tournament wasthe first under an expanded format with 32 teams and was be held in June 13 and July 19, 2025. This edition also marked the change from the annual format to a quadrennial format, with the next edition taking place in 2029. The tournament was hosted by China, and the host representative in the event was Guangzhou F.C.
Fluminense, from Brazil, was crowned champion after beating Manchester City in final by 8-7 on penalties, after draws in regular time at 1-1 and in extra time at 2-2, the final took at Beijing National Stadium, China's largest stadium.
