The 2024 United States Presidential Election was the 60th quadrennial presidential election. Due to conflicts, the moderate side of the Republican party had split from the party, creating the Conservatives, and Donald Trump created a right-wing populist party following the conflict, the Patriots. On the left, Kamala Harris, Amy Klobuchar, Elizabeth Warren, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez joined the Green party after conflict with the moderate and progressive sides of the Democratic party, but Harris and Warren later formed the Progressive party after arguments between them. Harris, incumbent Vice President, won the election.

The election was a narrow win for the Progressive ticket of Kamala Harris and Elizabeth Warren. However, since no party reached a majority, it had to be decided in the House of Representatives- which still caused a Progressive victory. However, the rule of a majority being needed was abolished soon after as it would be hard to decide every election in the House with all of the new parties. Harris and Warren were inaugurated January 20, 2025.
Following the election, the Green party merged with the Progressive party.
