What if the Democrats SOMEHOW ratify the District of Columbia as a state? So when the senate elections come around and they still hold on because of the extra 2 senators from DC? And during Biden’s term he passes anything he wants? What if DC is ratified as a state before the election? It would be a good plan in my opinion but I don’t think it will happen.
